Cancel & Exchange Order

Timeframe: Once an order is successfully placed, our fulfillment team typically processes and ships it out within 6–12 hours. For customized items, processing may take 1–2 business days.
How to Cancel/Exchange: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service via Live Chat or email within 30 minutes to 3 hours of placing the order.
Important Notice: Once an order has been shipped or picked up by the courier, we can no longer accept any cancellation or exchange requests. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.

Processing Time: 0–2 business days.
Fulfillment Days: Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.
Order Cutoff Time: 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
