Shipping Overview

Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take 24-72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Address Changes
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at service@thefoxhair.com. We can only attempt changes before the order has been packed or shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees may be charged by your country or carrier. These costs are the customer's responsibility and are not controlled by THE FOX HAIR.
Return Eligibility
Because hair products are personal-use items, returns are reviewed carefully. To be considered, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, uncut, free from odor or product residue, and returned in original condition with original packaging where applicable.
Items That May Not Be Eligible
- Hair that has been opened, installed, worn, washed, brushed out, colored, bleached, cut, altered, or styled.
- Items with odor, product residue, missing packaging, or signs of use.
- Final sale, customized, or special-order items when marked as such on the product page or checkout.
Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items
If your package arrives with a wrong item, missing item, or visible damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review quickly.
How to Start a Return Request
Email service@thefoxhair.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back.
